Israel Adesanya’s Manifestation & The Law of Attraction Method
Israel Adesanya’s manifestation methods are used by high performers worldwide. To succeed at the highest level you need to build a strong mind.
At UFC 287, Israel Adesanya did something most people considered impossible. He knocked out the beast Alex Pereira. But this victory was not the result of fighting skill. No, it had everything to do with his subconscious mind. In this article, you will learn the manifestation techniques used by high performers to succeed under immense psychological pressure.
Use these tools wisely to achieve any goal which currently seems impossible.
The Rivalry Between Israel Adesanya and Alex Pereira
Before I share the tools, I need to provide context so you can better understand Izzy’s mindset.
Israel Adesanya is one of the most dominant champions in Mixed Martial Arts history.
He defended his belt 7 times and looked unstoppable in the middleweight division.
During an interview, he was asked about the only man who had ever knocked him out – Alex Pereira.
Izzy dismissed Alex saying that he was a nobody.
“At the end of the day nobody knows who the fuck he is… and when I am world champion he is going to be in some pub saying, ‘I beat that guy’.”
It turns out that Alex was watching the interview and decided it was time for him to change sports and chase after Izzy’s belt.
The two had previously fought against each other in kickboxing.
Alex won both matches finishing the last fight via a devastating knockout.
After the loss, Izzy changed sports moving to MMA while Alex stayed in kickboxing.
Both men became champions in their sports and were at the top of their game.
Izzy was vastly more popular due to MMA being a bigger sport than kickboxing.
Alex had enough and signed with the UFC.
Surely, he, too, could have success considering he had already defeated their golden boy twice.
He smashed all his opponents and scored a title fight with his arch-nemesis Israel Adesanya.
The fight was competitive, but Izzy was winning.
Until he wasn’t.
Just like in his last kickboxing match, Alex knocked him out in the final round.
He took his belt AND glory.
Israel Adesanya’s Psychological Battle
Imagine how it would feel to lose to the same guy 3 times in a row.
Imagine losing your belt, which you defended so many times, to a boogeyman who follows you wherever you go.
This was Izzy’s predicament.
There was a huge psychological hurdle to overcome if he was ever to beat this man.
To make things worse, Izzy had an immediate rematch booked, giving him only 5 months to battle his demons.
Just like before Izzy trained for the match.
But this time, he got his head right and blocked out all the noise from the outside world.
Everybody was saying that he was done.
People believed there was no point fighting a man who had beaten him three times.
Realistically, his legacy would be crushed if he lost to Alex again.
Izzy used the negative energy as fuel.
He seemed to enjoy people’s doubt.
He was more determined than ever to show people what he was capable of.
The Fight
During the press conference, I noticed something strange about Izzy.
He not only disregarded people’s negative comments but challenged them.
“Imagine what if I get it done, what if I get it done better than he has ever done it, what if I butcher him?”
No one took this seriously.
Surely, he could only win against a monster like Alex via a decision by the judges.
How could he butcher a man who had already beaten him 3 times?
Alex was like Ivan Drago in Rocky 4.
A force of nature from a distant land.
Only this time from Brazil not the Soviet Union.
Come fight night, Alex looked intimidating as hell.
He walks to the octagon with tribal music playing in the background.
The man looked like he’s carved from marble.
Standing at 6’4’’, he resembled the antagonist from Apocalypto.
This man shouldn’t be in this ring but throwing heads off a Mayan pyramid deep in the jungle.
The first round of the fight goes by fast.
It seems like Alex has the upper hand.
In the second round, he gains more speed and starts smashing Izzy against the cage.
It looks like he will knock out the poor man again.
It was eerily similar to their previous bout.
Suddenly, out of nowhere, Izzy smashes him with a counterpunch.
He rocks the big man, then gets a few more shots and knocks him out.
The whole stadium roars.

Israel Adesanya’s Manifestation Techniques
There are three manifestation techniques Izzy used to defeat Alex.
Method One: Ignoring the Evidence of the Current Reality
You have been taught to believe and honour the facts of your outside world.
Taught to ignore your imagination and stick to what can be observed and studied.
This blocks your creative abilities and ensures you create more of the same.
If man were unable to visualize a reality which was different to his current condition, many of the technologies we take for granted wouldn’t exist.
Steve Jobs did this with the iPhone when many told him it was impossible.
Thomas Edison did it when he illuminated the cities with lights.
In the past, many scientists believed flight via what we now call airplanes was impossible.
The New York Times declared it would take
“the combined and continuous efforts of mathematicians and mechanicians in from one million to ten million years”
just to get a plane into the air.
Two farmers called the Wright Brothers managed to pull it off 8 months after that publication.
They didn’t let the outside evidence deter them from creating the flying machine.
Often, breakthroughs in science and engineering come from accidental discoveries not the direct work of the scientists themselves.
This is due to people in the field being too myopic and stuck in the proven principles.
The mystic Neville Goddard often encouraged students to
“assume the wish fulfilled”.
This meant feeling what it would be like if you had already achieved the goal.
You can get into this state only if you ignore the evidence of the senses.
This is exactly what Izzy did for 5 months.
He did not get bogged down by the fact he lost to Alex 3 times in a row.
(Two of those losses via knockouts.)
He recontextualized the whole story.
Often referencing anime battles and scenes from movies where the hero prevails.
To him, success was inevitable, and it was only a matter of time before others could see what he had already decided in his mind.
Method Two: Watch the Words You Use When You Talk to Yourself
One of the most important things you need to build faith and confidence is positive self-talk.
The words you say to other people don’t mean anything if you don’t believe them.
Notice how Izzy kept using the words:
“What if?”
“What if?”
“What if?”
This opens up the subconscious mind to hidden possibilities.
Sometimes talking in definites can throw you off.
Saying affirmations such as,
“I am going to earn a million dollars this year”,
can create cognitive dissonance in the mind.
You are saying one thing, while the subconscious looks for proof against it.
“Earn a million? Are you crazy, you have never done that before!”
This inner doubt can actually harm your ability to create desired outcomes.
When you ask the question,
“What if I earn a million dollars this year”, the dynamic gets shifted.
It forces you to start thinking from the end instead of thinking about how to get there.
Sometimes thinking too much about how we are going to achieve a goal blocks us from attaining it.
It’s counter-intuitive, I know.
But have you ever wondered why there are so many super-smart people who don’t achieve their goals?
Or why some of the most successful people don’t seem that smart?
It’s because intelligence has little to do with success.
We live in a world of cause and effect.
There are millions of unaccounted variables which will ruin your plans.
Trying to create the perfect strategy for victory will not work regardless of how smart you are.
It will just lead to overwhelm.
Thinking from the end result allows the subconscious mind to take over.
The subconscious mind reacts to the dynamics happening in front of it.
It is privy to hidden information and will calculate the most effective way for you to attain your goal from where you currently are.
It’s like a GPS which gets its coordinates from a place you can’t consciously see.
Despite not knowing how a GPS works, you can still benefit from the technology.
Even the Samurai knew about the importance of focusing on the end result.
Miyamoto Musashi in his ‘Book of the Five Rings’ gives the following advice.
“The primary thing when you take a sword in your hands is your intention to cut the enemy…If you think only of hitting, springing, striking or touching the enemy, you will not be able actually to cut him.”

Method Three: Visualization of the Desired Result
In many interviews, Izzy mentions his use of visualization before fights.
When talking to Mike Tyson he said,
“I visualized everything. I visualized the people the security the fans, visualize just everything the camera crew because they were there setting up as well and that made me get comfortable so that way when I have to go out into the arena I’m not spooked.”
Izzy explains how he also visualizes the fight and his path to victory.
He does this several times until his subconscious mind accepts the conclusion he has created.
This is the reason for his immense confidence going into fights.
He has already forced his mind into accepting his success.
In one of his YouTube videos, he explained how right before fighting Alex he told referee Dan Miragliotta to let him have his moment after defeating Alex.
The moment he alluded to was his bow and arrow celebration (a mockery of Alex’s fight entrance).
He knew he would defeat Alex by knockout and warned the referee beforehand.
This is undeniable proof of an iron conviction created by subconscious mind reprogramming.
Why does this work?
When you focus on the end result, you make your subconscious mind more comfortable with the idea of success.
Your subconscious will never allow you to attain something which is not consistent with your self-image.
This is why many contestants from ‘The Biggest Loser’ regain their weight as soon as the show finishes.
The measures set by the show are only superficial.
As soon as they are removed from the environment, the contestants return to their comfort zone.
Their subconscious does this by finding insidious thoughts to sabotage their success.
It sees being ‘fat’ as being ‘safe’ and will continue the pattern until the deeper issue is resolved.
When the subconscious accepts an idea through repeated contemplation and good self-talk,
it will aid you in attaining it.
This tends to happen through mysterious means and strange synchronicities.
The right person comes into your life at the right time.
You find the perfect book to help you with your specific problem.
Or in Izzy’s case, taking advantage of a unique moment in the fight in an act of absolute genius.
You cannot consciously prepare for these moments.
Only react when they are presented.
To make the right actions, you need to ensure the subconscious is on your side.
Learning From Israel Adesanya’s Manifestation Methods
We can learn a lot about the subconscious mind from Israel Adesanya’s spectacular defeat of Alex Pereira.
The first thing we must do is learn to ignore the evidence of our senses. Block out all negativity which tries to distract us from attaining our goal.
Then we must reprogram our subconscious minds by consistently focusing on the end result. We can do this by asking ‘what if’.
It doesn’t matter if your goal is knocking a man out, cutting him down with a sword, making your first million, or losing your stubborn belly fat.
This process works.
Do this, and I promise you will be one step closer to living and dying well.
